The Richard Allen Office of College Recruitment, Inc. (RAOCR) is a comprehensive college resource center. Its mission is to provide integrative information that assists and prepares students in gaining entrance into college. Founded and operated by the African Methodist Episcopal Church and housed at the headquarters building of the First Episcopal District and with satellite centers positioned in the New York, New England and New Jersey Conferences, the RAOCR works toward student placement in our historic institution of higher learning, Wilberforce University and other secondary education options including:

• Historical Black Colleges and Universities
• State and Private Four Year Colleges and Universities
• Two-Year Junior Colleges
• Trade and Technical Schools

The RAOCR has resources and counselors that can help students with:

• College application assistance
• Financial aid assistance
• SAT preparation materials
• Scholarship search assistance
• College tours and referrals
